About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Software Delivery & Implementation Specialist to lead client implementations of KriyaGo's PropTech platform across North America. You'll be the bridge between our technology and customer success, ensuring clients realize maximum value from our AI-powered solutions.
This is a fully remote position serving clients throughout the US and Canada. You'll work directly with property management companies, real estate firms, and financial services organizations to implement, configure, and optimize our suite of integration and automation products. Your success is measured by customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and the business outcomes you help clients achieve.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and beyond
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, requirements, and goals
- Configure and customize KriyaGo products to meet specific client needs
- Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems
- Develop and deliver training programs for client teams
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering for resolution
- Build strong client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Document implementation best practices and contribute to methodology improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback and feature requests
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer success
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex integrations
- Experience with enterprise software implementations in B2B environments
- Excellent project management skills with track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site implementations (10-20%)
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, property management, or PropTech industry
- Familiarity with Yardi, MRI Software, or similar property management platforms
- Background in financial software or AP/AR automation
- Experience with API integrations and data mapping
- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
- SQL or database query experience
