About the Role
We're looking for a strategic Product Manager to drive the product vision and roadmap for KriyaGo's suite of AI-powered PropTech solutions. You'll be at the intersection of technology, business, and customer needs, shaping products that transform how real estate professionals work.
Based at our Markham headquarters, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver products that solve real problems. You'll own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring we build the right things in the right way.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product roadmap for one or more KriyaGo products
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
- Partner with engineering to prioritize features and manage the backlog
- Work with design to create intuitive user experiences for complex workflows
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to understand market feedback and adoption
- Define success metrics and track product performance against goals
- Present product strategy and progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Stay current with PropTech trends and emerging technologies
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from concept to launch
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer benefits
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for solving real problems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, property management, or PropTech
- Background in enterprise software or financial services
- Understanding of AI/ML capabilities and how to productize them
- Experience with integration products or APIs
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
