About the Role
We're seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI systems that power KriyaGo's PropTech platform. This is a senior leadership role where you'll shape the future of how artificial intelligence transforms property management, financial workflows, and real estate operations.
Based in our Markham headquarters, you'll work closely with product teams, engineering, and customers to architect AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. You'll be responsible for setting the technical direction for our AI capabilities across 9 products, leveraging our 120+ proprietary integration assets to create intelligent automation at scale.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the AI/ML strategy and technical roadmap for KriyaGo's product suite
- Design scalable AI architectures that integrate with enterprise real estate platforms
- Lead the development of intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, and automation solutions
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLMs, computer vision, and NLP
- Establish best practices for ML ops, model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into AI-powered features
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI implementation patterns
- Stay current with AI research and identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies
- Ensure AI systems meet security, compliance, and ethical standards
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with 4+ years focused on AI/ML systems
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong experience with LLMs and generative AI (GPT, Claude, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
- Proven track record of architecting and deploying production AI systems at scale
- Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker)
- Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and document understanding technologies
- Experience with MLOps practices, model versioning, and continuous training pipelines
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in the PropTech, real estate, or financial services industries
- Background in intelligent document processing or OCR systems
- Experience with enterprise integrations and API design
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, PIPEDA)
- Publications or contributions to AI/ML research
